What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery details when you place an order or send an inquiry. For gifts, we also hold the recipient's name and the message you ask us to print.
Why we hold it
To prepare, personalize and deliver what you ordered, to answer your questions, and to keep a record of the order.
Gift messages
Messages are treated as private correspondence. They are used to produce the card and are shared only with the people fulfilling that order.
Payments
No payment provider is connected to this store yet, so no card or mobile money details are collected here. When a provider is connected, payment details will be handled by that provider and not stored by us.
Sharing
We share only what a collaborator needs to fulfil your order — a grower, printer or delivery partner. We do not sell or trade your information.
Your control
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the studio through the contact page.
