Orders
An order is confirmed once payment instructions have been issued and payment received. Until then, stock and delivery dates are held but not guaranteed.
Living gifts
Plants are living things. Size, form and flowering vary between individual plants, and photographs are representative rather than exact. Care instructions are included with every Bloomlife gift.
Personalized messages
Messages are printed exactly as approved. We send a written draft for approval before printing, and personalized items cannot be returned once printed.
Digital products and subscriptions
Access is granted on payment. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.
Services
Service work begins from a written scope and quote. Scheduling, service area and scope changes are agreed in writing.
Delivery
Delivery dates are targets rather than guarantees. If a delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange another date.
Returns
Non-personalized physical products may be returned within seven days in original condition. Living plants, personalized items and digital products are not returnable.
